We provide specialty shampoo & conditioner at no additional cost. (excluding flea dip) We normally choose our shampoos for your pet that fits their needs after examining them but feel free to request for a special shampoo. Ex. Oatmeal, Medicated, Etc.

extra charge may apply for all services for pets in need of special handling (seniors, puppies, aggressive/hard to handle pets) or severe mattings that require longer grooming time and expertises.

we have the right to refuse to groom any pet if we feel that it presents a hight risk of danger for the pet or our staff.
